Rivonia Ghana Limited (RGL) is a wholly-owned Ghanaian Company incorporated in September 2004. We are well respected for our leadership in Real Estate Development, sales, and rental of properties, property management, and civil engineering construction.
We are an active member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA).

Our vision is to become the indigenous market leader in the: construction of roads, development of luxury, middle income, and low-income housing.
Our Mission is to deliver the best of quality housing and road infrastructure, using state-of-the-art techniques that set us apart in both local and international markets; giving value to clients and partners.
OUR TEAM
Our permanent team of fifteen (15) driving the organisational operations comprises of
professionals in the Built Environment, Marketing, Accounting, Legal and Administration.
Additionally, a casual workforce of eighty (80) are engaged on projects.

Kwakye Dopoah Dei
Former President of Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA)
Kwakye Dopoah Dei is the Founder and Managing Director of RGL. He has many years of entrepreneurial and business management experience across various industries.
He was the Managing Director of Queens Printing Press between 1980 to 1986. From 1986 to 1995 he ventured into the haulage industry and to his credit set up and managed Northern Line Haulage. Prior to establishing RGL, he set up Prime Concrete Products, a concrete products manufacturing company, which he operated from 1994 to 2014.
Kwakye Dopoah Dei is extremely hands-on in his approach and is involved in all aspects of
operations at RGL from land acquisition, tender and contract negotiations, pre-construction
design, marketing, sales and property management. Kwakye Dopoah Dei holds a Certificate in Business Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Kwaakye Dopoah Dei is a past president of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association(GREDA). He is also a polo player and a past captain of the Accra Polo Club.
Herbert Aidoo
(2004 – Present)
Herbert Aidoo is the Technical Director and Civil Engineering Specialist at RGL. With over
twenty-five (25) years experience in the Built Environment Industry, Herbert has been involved in a number of landmark projects in Ghana including the design of a twelve (12) story office complex for SSNIT; the design and build of La Palm Beach Resort; the design and supervision of the Christian Action Faith Ministries Cathedral and the redevelopment of the Rawlings Park in Accra.
Herbert Aidoo has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Liberia.
